Washington City Paper's "Best of D.C. 2012"  Poll

Six Georgetown businesses won "Best Of" in the Washington City Paper's "Best of D.C. 2012" readers and staff poll. Georgetown won top honors for "Best Neighborhood for Shopping" for the third year in a row, and Baked & Wired, Blues Alley, Georgetown University, Charm, Best Waxing Center, and Georgetown Cupcake were all rated number one in their categories in the reader's poll. Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC Retains Five Star Rating in 2011 Forbes Travel Guide Awards

The Four Seasons Hotel, located at 2800 Pennsylvania Avenue in Georgetown, has once again earned a five star rating from theForbes Travel Guide's Annual Star Awards 2011. The Four Seasons Hotel Washington is one of 54 hotels to obtain this accolade and remains the first and only hotel in DC to achieve the rating. Express "Best of 2010" Reader's Poll

Washington Post Express readers voted and Georgetown Cupcake, Hitched Salon, Revolution Cycles, and the Swedish Embassy were rated "Best of 2010."  The "Best Bakery" award went to Georgetown Cupcake, Hitched Salon was named "Best Wedding Boutique," Revolution Cycles won for "Best Bike Shop," and the Embassy of Sweden was awarded "Best Embassy."
